John says one thing that differentiates Matustik Builders from other custom builders is the processes he and his team have in place that allow them to create a schedule and adhere to it. Many of his clients are building homes on or near a lake and no one wants to miss a summer of boating and enjoying the water, so the timing is critical. John says he wouldn’t say he has a favorite build. It would be like naming a favorite child. But, if you ask him, he can tell you his favorite parts about each house he has built. John and his wife Kathy have a deep connection to Lake Geneva, having met many summers ago in Fontana, Wisconsin and have enjoyed spending their time on Geneva Lake ever since. They have been married over 27 years and have 3 children ages 24, 22 and 19 who also love spending their time at the lake.
