We caught up with Mike Murillo, Director of Sales & Marketing, to learn more about this successful family-owned business.
How do you help your customers decide on a specific pool design?
Each customer has their own vision and we help them identify it. We talk with them and ask questions such as, what do you want to see every day? One family wasn’t sure what they wanted to do and during breakfast one morning, their son spilled milk on the table. It just so happened they liked that design! They took a photo and we designed the shape of their pool based on that spilled milk. We help our customers capture their idea or concept and create their dream design.
The words amazing, stunning, and spectacular come up in many customer reviews. How would you describe Barrington Pools?
Integrity, quality and custom are words I use often. We are a hard-working group. Some of our employees have been with us for 25-30 years.
